60 days Return & Exchange
1. Request for the returned or exchanged items:
a. Items received within 60 days from the shipping date;
b. Items received unused(without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;
c. Tights, socks, jewelries and final sale items are not in the range of return or exchange;
d. Items received in original packaging.
2. My return was processed but I wasn't refunded my delivery charge?
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
3. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from romwe.com. You can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days from the shipping date of purchase. But you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to mail us service@romwe.com to ask for the RMA(Return Material Authorization) number and then fill in our return form in your package (if lost it, you can go to our website to download the form) and send it back with your return package.
Return or exchange without RMA number will not be accepted.
4. I want to exchange my purchase! What do I do?
Exchange is welcome if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your merchandise with your purchase within 60 days from the shipping date of purchase. But you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.
The easiest way for you to exchange the merchandise is to mail us service@romwe.com to ask for the RMA(Exchange Material Authorization) number and then fill in our exchange form in your package (if lost it, you can go to our website to download the form) and send it back with your exchange package.
Return or exchange without RMA number will not be accepted.
5. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, your credit may take an additional 2-10 business day to reach to your account during the processing time.
Notice: Regular Mail is preference for return.
Cancellation
Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the "Confirm and Submit" page. The processing time is about 3-5 days, during this time we can cancel your order but after we send the package away, we cannot cancel it for you. So if you really want to cancel the order but too late, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our free return policy.
