REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING ITEMS

1. Items must be received within 30 days from the delivered date;

2. Items must be received unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;

3. Tights, socks, swimsuits, bath-suits, Bikini, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories and products at discounted prices are not allowed to be returned;

4. In general, you will get the refund in 7 business days after we receive your returns. You will not get a full refund for your return if it was detected have obvious damages, so please be sure all the items are in good condition before you send them back.

How To make a Return

1. Let Romwe Customer Service know what items you would like to send back and the reasons for your return, in the following ways:

  • Dial 1-888-969-8881
  • 2. Ask for a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) from Romwe
     

  • RMA number can help you to avoid the export custom taxes
  • RMA number is given by Romwe's Customer Service Team
  • RMA number has no expiration
  • 3. Return Address

  • Return address will be provided by Romwe's Customer Service Team, together with a RMA number, via email.
  • The return address is located in China
  • 4. Using the Return Form in your package

  • What do you need to fill in? (Very important)

    1.Order number

    2.Product Name or Model number of the items you would like to return. If you are going to send items from different orders, please write the correct corresponding order number for each item

    3.Reasons for your return (Just mark one of the provided reasons)

    4.RMA number, provided by Romwe Customer Service

    5.If lost, you can go to our website to download the form

  • Put the return form inside the return package
  • 5. Declare the value of the package at: $5.00

    It is not the real price of your package. However, a lower declared value can avoid custom taxes.

    6. Return receipt

    Last but not least, please send a picture of the return receipt to Romwe at return@romwe.com You can get the return receipt from where you have your package sent back, usually it is from the post office. If the value of your returned package is less than $50, you can get the refund as soon as we see your return receipt. And this will be the important evidence in case that your return package got lost during the shipping.

    You have to pay for the return shipping fee, unless there was an error on Romwe's part (such as incorrect item, size, or color).
     

    Why exchange is not available

    Return shipping will take so long time to arrive at our warehouse, especially by standard shipping. After we get your return, the item you want to exchange has no longer on sell. We have nothing to exchange for you. Even we have the item you want, we are unable to send it directly to you, you still have to place a new order for the item.

    About refund

    Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned.
    Romwe will complete the refund in 7 business days after receiving your returns and verification. return@romwe.com will send you an email to inform you that Romwe has received your returns, and please check your account about the refund within 7 business days.
    There might be a delay of the refund for your return, this is because we usually handle returns twice a week.
